The holiday season is here! You know what that means? Holiday parties, holiday feasts, and holiday drinks! It’s normal for me to gain a few pounds during this time, but this year I’m hoping for it to be different. Does anyone have tips on how to enjoy the holiday season without gaining a few extra pounds? I’d appreciate any advice!

Drink lots of water, eat lots of vegetables at holiday meals, don’t snack at parties.
