this is just what I did to lose and maintain a healthy weight. eat lots of veggies/fiber. cut meat. if you can’t, just a little bit of chicken or fish. a pescatarian diet is pretty good. cook everything yourself! :) drink hot tea or soup before, during, and after a meal. Also drink tea after a work out! proportion! Hope this helps :)

My best advice is to stay away from high-sodium foods! Food that is high in sodium causes your body to retain more water (thus causing you to gain more water weight). Drink lot’s of water. Not drinking enough water also causes your body to retain water.

Also, avoid starch, baked goods and sugar. Pescetarian diets are great, but you can really mess it up by eating too many carbs instead of protein
